Licenses bought on our website

This covers license keys for the website and Microsoft Store editions, which are both bought through our website.

14 days, any reason. You can ask for a full refund within 14 days of purchase. You don't need to explain why.
Email support@facilabs.com with the email address you bought with or your order number.
The refund is made by Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record, to the payment method you used. How long it takes to show up depends on your bank or card provider.
When the refund is made, the license key is deactivated and Pro features turn off. The free edition keeps working.

Purchases on Steam, including the Pro DLC, follow Steam's refund policy and are requested through Steam.

This policy doesn't limit any rights you have under the consumer law of your country.
